To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@bywaqa.com. Proof of purchase may be required. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. This guarantee applies only to first-time customers purchasing directly from bywaqa.com. Subscription renewal orders and recurring subscription charges are non-refundable once processed or shipped. Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

To request a return or ask questions about a return, please contact us at info@bywaqa.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Well that’s not good! If your order has any defect or damage, or you received the wrong order, let us know ASAP so we can make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

While we always accept our product back, we can’t accept any sale items or gift card returns.
