Refund policy
We take your happiness seriously. Just as seriously as we take our coffee. Which means our coffee and your happiness should go hand in hand. If you’re not totally satisfied, we’ll be happy to provide a full refund to first-time customers who purchased within the past 30 days. Subsequent subscription recuring orders are non-refundable once process or shipped.
To start a return or ask any questions about a return, you can contact us at info@Bywaqa.com. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We’re not able to accept items that have been sent to us without the return being requested, first!
Damages and issues
Well that’s not good! If your order has any defect or damage, or you received the wrong order, let us know ASAP so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
While we always accept our product back, we can’t accept any sale items or gift card returns.
Exchanges
While we’ll always send you a replacement if you need one, the quickest way to get your heart’s desire is to place a new order once your return is accepted. We’ll help you along the way with any questions.
Refunds
The minute we’ve accepted your return you’ll be automatically refunded and notified. However, your bank or credit card may take a few days to process it too, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show up immediately.
